There is HOPE

There are FRIENDS

There is FUN

  • On your body: Clothes you can move in (gym clothes?) that are appropriate for the weather. Sometimes shorts do not work on the challenge course. If you do wear them, we suggest long ones of heavier material.
  • On your feet: Shoes that stay on (sneakers?) and you can move freely in. We don't recommend open toed shoes.
  • Just in case: You might want to bring rain gear and a sweatshirt.
